A transformed space

World premieres are not usually presented in ordinary warehouses. Unless, of course, Messerli has first transformed them into attractive exhibition areas.

Gallus, the manufacturer of label printers, presented its latest development at this year’s Gallus Innovation Days. The DCS 340, a new generation of label printing machines, combines the benefits of digital and conventional printing processes. The three-day in-house exhibition attracted a great deal of interest from the media and the many visitors who attended the event.

The experts from Messerli ensured this world premiere hit the right note by transforming a warehouse on Gallus’s site into a unique venue. Over 650 square metres of black fabric on trussed beams and 900 square metres of carpet lent the warehouse a refined and inviting atmosphere. Besides the machines on display, Gallus also showcased its innovations from three business divisions on three “innovation islands”. Meanwhile, giant textile banners also served as signage and helped to visually break up the space. The back area of the venue housed the Expert Forum, where guests could watch lively presentations by various representatives from the industry. Thanks to small-scale modular stands, this area also offered an attractive platform on which Gallus’s partners could present their own products and services.
