An eight-day series of events powered by Messerli Group

KOMAX AG, WirePro Expo 2022

Starting on 20 October, various events took place in a factory building owned by Komax AG in Dierikon (Lucerne). This large-scale project managed by Furrer Events allowed Messerli Group partners to demonstrate how effectively they work together.

The transformation of the factory building on the Komax site resulted in the creation of a unique location for several events. The WirePro Expo trade fair formed the centrepiece of the eight-day series of events alongside an employee event, a sales briefing, volunteers’ and investor days and an open day.

The assembly process took about three weeks and had to be meticulously planned. Transporting the large exhibits from Switzerland and abroad posed a particular challenge. Messerli supported the series of events by constructing the exhibition stands and providing all the necessary equipment for the exhibition space, rental furniture and furnishings for the food court and exhibition hall. Konform AG was responsible for the decoration and implementation of the design. The tent and scaffolding structures required were constructed by Hunziker AG, while all the event technology was provided by Mediarent. Suppliers Fabrikatur AG and Expoformer AG also contributed to the success of the series of events by sharing their specific expertise.
