OPO Oeschger AG, HOLZ, Basel

As multi-layered as a tree bark: OPO Oeschger’s booth at Holz 2025 in Basel offered just this type of variety. Over five days, the Swiss company presented its new and innovative products for timber construction, carpentry and interior construction with an open, modern and architecturally impressive spatial concept.

Together with OPO Oeschger, Messerli designed a trade fair booth with clear design language and striking architecture. The centrepiece of the 308-square-metre booth was a wooden frame structure which occupied the entire booth area and served as a striking design element.

The combination of warm wood surfaces, clean lines and the company’s signature red and white colours created an welcoming atmosphere and recognition value. The booth’s open structure invited visitors to enter and freely explore its different areas

Rounding out the concept was a comfortable lounge elegantly furnished with pieces from our rental furniture line and providing space for lively discussion and networking with industry colleagues. Among the most popular attractions were the “OK-LINE-Challenge”, in which strong OK-LINE SPEED wood screws had to be screwed into a board as quickly as possible, and the interactive AI chatbot which will assist in handling future orders.

The booth’s design, intelligent layout and high-quality execution delivered a strong statement on design competence, innovation and brand strength. It was a winning trade fair presence that will be remembered both for its optics as well as for its products.
