Discover the snowed-in mountain world of the Engadine region in the new BMW X5: an unforgettable experience. In St. Moritz, Messerli set up the temporary BMW Lounge that served as the starting point for the test drives of the new vehicle models.
For the BMW Group Switzerland, Messerli set up a temporary lounge with a showroom in the heart of St. Moritz – right next to the Kulm ice pavilion. Since January 2019, the modern cube has served as the starting point for test drives with the new BMW models – the X5 and the 8 Series Coupé.
Like the BMW vehicles, the lounge is uncompromisingly modern. Elements in a bold, concrete look merge perfectly with warm wood and natural tones. Deckchairs before and after the test drive invite you to top up your suntan. Through the glazed side walls, the showroom seamlessly gives way to the countryside and offers a panoramic view from the inside. The prominent location and the distinctive branding ensure that the BMW pop-up lounge is guaranteed to turn the heads of winter guests in St. Moritz.
Messerli supported BMW in the entire running of the project: from the submission of the planning application, logistics and through to staging and implementation. With the cube structure, we found the ideal solution for the temporary lounge. It impresses thanks to the clean design and well-planned architecture, which offers a lot of freedom where the choice of location is concerned and is also suitable for outdoor use in the winter.
