With their stand at Züri Fäscht, The Wave Factory created a feel-good location right in the midst of the festival hustle and bustle. Messerli provided the CrowdCover weather sail for the temporary «outpost» of their Urbansurf platform in Zurich’s Gerold district.
With Urbansurf, The Wave Factory created an oasis for surfers and fans of surfing culture in the heart of Zurich’s Gerold district. The oasis received an outpost at Züri Fäscht 2019: the theme of the installation was «high tide» and it celebrated the surf lifestyle with a beach bar, food trucks and a livestream of the Citywave pro World Tour Zurich.
The CrowdCover weather sail from the «messerli to go» line fit perfectly with the look and feel of the location. Thanks to its stretch fabric and versatile anchoring options, it provided the necessary flexibility and contributed to the relaxed yet stylish holiday atmosphere of the beach bar. In the evenings in particular, under the twinkling fairy lights, the CrowdCover created a cosy, feel-good location in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the festival.
