The insurance company Zurich and Messerli have for many years enjoyed a successful partnership regarding the staging of the Annual General Meeting of Zurich Insurance Group AG. In collaboration with the McKinivan Moos agency and our sister company Konform AG, we once again brought to life a unique brand world for this year’s general meeting in the Zurich Hallenstadion.
Beautifully presented topic islands provided the anticipated 2,500 visitors with information on current projects in the area of prevention. Among other things, we realised all signage and temporary structures as well as information desks and validation stations. In addition, we also furnished the hospitality area, the platform and the VIP and backstage areas.
Since it was unclear for some time whether the arena would be hosting a hockey match on the eve of the event, everything had to be constructed to allow assembly in just ten hours. Fortunately, the contingency plans were not needed, and the team was able to work without the added time constraints. Thanks to the well-coordinated collaboration between all partners, the general meeting was once again a success.
