Success thanks to clever zoning

Rupf & Co. AG, appli-tech 2023, Lucerne

The appli-tech trade fair for professionals in the painting and plastering industry, drywall construction and insulation, attracted more than 10,000 interested visitors to Lucerne in the course of three days. We created a stand for our client Rupf & Co. AG for this important industry meeting point, when around 170 exhibitors gather at Lucerne Exhibition Centre.

Rupf & Co. AG has over 100 years of experience in the Swiss paint and varnish industry. With its large product portfolio, the company is valued as a reliable partner for painters and the industry in general. The spacious stand area covering 296 square metres in Hall 3 was separated by a passageway, which meant that clever zoning was necessary to ensure a smooth flow of visitors.

Thanks to the clear design of the back walls, visitors easily found their way around the stand and had no trouble finding the different paint and varnish samples. The innovative products and creations were showcased and exhibited very effectively with the help of screens and display cabinets, fully in line with the concept of “more colour”.

Visitors particularly appreciated the large restaurant area, which transported them to another world in amongst its idyllic mountain motifs, encouraging them to engage in interesting conversations. The stage for live presentations also had great appeal.

The high-quality products of Rupf & Co. AG were presented on stage several times a day, and guests had the chance to see some of the company’s innovations up close in real time. During the three days of the trade fair, Rupf & Co. AG succeeded in giving an extremely attractive presentation of its diverse product range, not least thanks to the clever zoning and implementation by Messerli.
