Moving people and brands
With a great deal of heart and soul, we implement unique projects that touch people and take brands further.
Gallus Ferd. Rüesch AG, Gallus High Performance Day, 2021
Reaching an international target audience even though the trade fair industry is at a standstill? Manufacturer Gallus Ferd. Rüesch AG was faced with this challenge. A digital event with live sessions held over two days allowed the company to interact with clients and generate new enquiries.
Companies in the industrial sector in particular rely on trade fairs to present their products in live demonstrations. However, the current situation makes that impossible. In order to present the latest innovations from Gallus to an international clientele despite the limitations of the pandemic, the company decided to hold a digital event.
For the event at the beginning of March, customers had the option of registering directly on the online event platform and watching the livestream there, watching product presentations and interviews in various breakout sessions, or booking appointments for one-on-one discussions. Roughly 1,500 participants around the world took part in the event.
As a general contractor, Messerli managed the implementation of the Gallus High Performance Days from A to Z. From the concept idea to the website design, from invitation management and content production to studio design and construction, all the way to the livestream itself, Messerli was able to offer all services from a single source. This guaranteed a seamless transfer of the Gallus brand from the real to the digital world and offered participants a consistent brand experience.
During the implementation process, we were able to rely on the Messerli Group’s technical expertise through Dr.W.A. Günther Media Rent AG. The event was filmed at the Gallus headquarters as well as at the Mediarent City Studio in Zurich, which is equipped for the production of livestreams as well as hybrid events.
It was the first digital event for Gallus, but certainly not the last! Thanks to quantifiable leads and new enquiries, Gallus High Performance Days have laid the groundwork for future digital or hybrid events. In the future, these event formats will allow Gallus to maintain close proximity to their customers, even if live events – especially in an international context – remain difficult for the foreseeable future.
I will be happy to answer your questions about this project!
