Responsibility Progress - also in environmental protection and social issues
The topic of responsibility has been on Messerli's mind since the very beginning. In our daily work, we follow the principles of our guidelines with regard to human rights, the environment and corruption. It is a matter of great concern to us to handle existing resources, our employees, suppliers and partners responsibly.
Protecting the environmentBecause there is no Plan(et) B
Even in the short-lived world of trade fairs and events, it is possible to conserve resources and avoid unnecessary emissions. Find out how Messerli is doing this in our CSR guidelines.
Protect human rightsBecause first and foremost we are human beings
The safety and well-being of the people who work with or for us is our top priority. That is why we adhere to strict standards that allow us to work under dignified conditions.
Corruption distorts competition to the detriment of consumers and businesses. It causes serious economic damage and disrupts the sustainable development of national and international trade. This is why we adhere to strict guidelines for dealing with corruption risks.
Making suppliers accountableBecause it only works if everyone helps
We can only achieve our goal if everyone makes a contribution. That is why we expect our suppliers to adhere to the same rules as we do. We include the most important rules in our guidelines for suppliers.
